Millions of years ago in a distant galaxy, life existed. On a far away industrial planet called Cybertron autonomous robot life forms lived in peace, created by the Quintessons as a slave race, they turned Cybertron into one giant factory to produce lines of consumer goods and military hardware robots—which would eventually become the lineal ancestors of the Autobots and Decepticons, respectively. However, what they failed to realize was that their robots had developed true sentience and real feelings — after a million years of slavery, they could now feel and know the difference between it and freedom, and they struck back against their masters. The Quintessons fought back against the rebellion with their Dark Guardian robots, unconcerned and thinking themselves untouchable, but when the Coda-Remote, a device created by the rebel leader, A-3, was used to shut down the Guardians, the robots got the upper hand, eventually forcing the Quintessons to flee Cybertron. They scattered through the galaxy until they became largely forgotten by the Transformers.

Megatron, a ruthless warrior from the gladiatorial days of Cybertron, creates the Decepticons and plans to take over Cybertron in an attempt to turn it in to a world weapon. Whilst this heavy militant group sought power through violence, the remaining defending Transformers, the Autobots, created the art of stealth and transformation, the ability to change from their robot mode to a vehicle one. In time, after a long war, the Decepticons also learned of this transformation ability. Alpha Trion, the eldest living Autobot had the Creation Matrix passed down to him and kept it hidden away until the next Autobot leader would emerge, a peaceful robot, later to become Optimus Prime. And thus, the 3rd Cybertronian war transpired, a long bitter war lasting millions of years. On the Autobot side, a maintenance bot named Hoist joined the side of the Autobots along side his good friend Grapple, one of Cybertron's most prolific architects. Morpher is nothing but a young Cybertronian in the Autobot ranks, on his way to becoming a master thief, but is abducted by the Decepticon scientist Rainstorm. Morpher reappears reformatted and with his never seen before Ghost Powers, created by Rainstorm. He begins a career of crime, becoming Cybertron's best thief and even works for Megatron on the side.

As Optimus tries to restore peace to Cybertron, he knows the Decepticons must be stopped with no other choice but warfare. Under his command Morpher is captured and is forced to become an Autobot. He then leaves to return to his previous life but as a changed mech. Around this time, Maximus officially begins his career as a Autobot strategist. After a long, bloody war, the Latyrx program begins. 10 Autobots are created as a rescue team, designed by overseen by the Autobots Ratchet and Phicon. Latyrx7 pondered his role the most out of the LBs, he was full of questions about himself and the world he was created in. He adapted well to the medical training most of the LBs received but wasn't confident in his role. The pressure of being the first one to come online didn't help as he was expected to be the best out of the team. He was made second in command when the Latyrx Bot's creator, Phicon, saw that L7 wasn't all that he had hoped him to become. Latyrx7 is the member of the team who seemed to receive the most slack from Phicon after most missions. This only made Latyrx7 question his role even further. But for now he is as fearless in entering any battle zone and performs his jobs to the best of his ability. During this time Hoist becomes good friends with Latryx7 as they work together on one Of Cybertron's moon bases patching up the daily injured. Latyrx7 soon gains the notable nickname the "Dino Tamer", with his seemingly unique uncanny be ability to be the only one to be able to control the Dynobots.

Many Autobots begin to leave Cybertron in search of peace and new energy resources. Megatron concentrates on a time traveling machine he's commanded his top scientists to create, much like the space bridge. He travels to Cybertron's future (BM). He comes across the dead form of Tankor and other Vehicons and takes them part to the past. Tankor had once served as a maximal named Rhinox, but after the Beast Wars, him and Optimus Primal and the rest of the crew returned to Cybertron with the captured Megatron. Upon arriving though they were struck by Cybertron's auto defenses and were offline for an extremely long time.

During this, Megatron - a distant relation to the great original, managed to get free, when the Maximals came online again, many many years later, they awoke to a shocking Surprise. Megatron had gained control of Cybertron and stolen the sparks of the remaining Autobots and Decepticons that had been left on the planet to create an entire planet full of drones to hunt out and destroy any survivors, all of which were controlled by Megatron himself. Rhinox was M.I.A., it was only when the remaining maximals tried to get inside the Vehicon Tankor's mind, sensing the good left, they realised what had happened, Tankor was Rhinox. Rattrap, unsure as to why he was recalling his own memories through Tankor's mind, remembered they had crash-landed and fought against many drones; ultimatetly they were were infected with a virus that down-graded them to their beast Wars forms. Rhinox was captured and his spark used to form Tankor. The remaining Maximals had to face the fact they had lost their good buddy Rhinox as they knew it, for the new mech that was Tankor, server of Megatron. After the was was over Megatron had been defeated, but by the greatest possible sacrifce. Optimus Prmal threw himself to the core of Cybertron taking Megatron with him. When it was all over, Cybertron slowly returned to a techo-organic planet. Tankor, close to death, was ready to join the All spark, but was intercepted by the all powerful Vok, who had still been watching.  Foolishly he attacked with what little strength he had but was captured by the Vok. Being the all powerful Vok they scan him etc and find out he was once a Honorable Maximal.....They merged the 2 persona's, resulting in Heavassault whilst his drones become Shadow Stalker, and Frontline.. They give HeavyAssault a X-Spark as a punishment......Death would be too peaceful, too lenient.T he Vok want him to right his wrong one way or another, but Heavyassault had other ideas. So when he was returned to Cybertron's past, he vowed vengence on Megatron...

Back on Cybertron, The Latyrx Rescue Program is no more as the team fell apart due to differences and lost of team mates. The remaining members went on there way while Latyrx7 took on a extremely different route and began to become a warrior. He was soon made a field officer. In a random battle, Latryx7 goes head to head with Megatron himself. (Shadows of Rage fanfic) Morpher takes on Shockwave's forces in a decepticon based where an experimental weapon is constructed. (Sparks are Forever fanfic). Many years later Cybertron is threaten by a asteroid field that can destroy the planet. Optimus Prime selects his best warriors to handle the threat in space aboard the Ark. Megatron takes advantage and attacks the Ark, causing both Autobots and Decepticons to crash land on earth and remain in stasis lock for 4 million years. Hoist was part of that ill fated journey his mind engram was encode his mind into a crystal before leaving Cybertron along with 4 other Autobots. These Autobots were selected for preservation in case Optimus Prime needed reinforcements on his mission.

The Autobots and the Decepticons are reactived on earth and continue there war, in the earth year of 1985, Hoist continued to fight along side the Autobots... Soon the Decepticons are forced off earth and return to Cybertron. Hoist returns to Cybertron but in stasis having been critically injured at the hands of Underbase Starscream on Earth. Hoist is repaired thanks to the advanced Cybertronian technology they lacked on Earth. Aboard the Autobot ship however, Ratchet is having a hard time fixing all the damaged Autobots. (Marvel - All the Familiar Faces) After Autobot Ratchet was captured by Megatron and Transported to Cybertron with he deactivated bodies of Starscream, Grimlock, Jazz and Bumblebee , he was unwillingly forced to give Starscream a new body, a Pretender. Ratchet then used the discard prototype Pretender shells to revive Grimlock, Jazz and Bumbleebee, whilst Starscream was unleashed on the current Autobots, and defeated Megatron's plan. (Marvel - All the Familiar Faces) Ratchet, held at gunpoint by Megatron, tried to escape the ship by opening a trans-dimensional portal, but was caught by Megatron. In order to stop Megatron he threw himself onto Megatron and them both into the portal. Both were believed to be killed in action. (Marvel -Skin Deep)

Grimlock swore to one day find a way to revive his Dinobots and went to Hydrus Four after stealing an Autobot shuttle. (Marvel - The Price Of Life). Scientists there had developed a new fuel called nucleon. It was more powerful than Energon and capable of bringing dead Transformers back to life, but it was unstable and could have unforeseen consequences. Grimlock was unwilling to subject his Dinobots to anything he would not go through himself, and thus decided to test the fuel on himself first. When no ill effects were apparent, he returned to the ship (On route to Cybertron) and used it to revive the Dinobots, and brought enough back to revive the remaining fallen Autobots.

2005 and Beyond...

In the year 2005, a grave new threat approaches the Transformers. Unicron, the great planet eater and Primus' greatest enemy returns at full strength to threaten the very existence of the Transformers on both Earth and Cybertron, and indeed the galaxy. Megatron makes his final push to defeat the Autobots but is badly injured by Optimus Prime during the battle on Autobot City. Optimus Prime himself recieves fatal injuries at the hands of Megatron an dies, passing the leader of Matrix down to Ultra Magnus. Megatron is reformated into Galvatron, and with the rightful bearer of the Matrix Hot Rod, rising amongst the ranks to become Rodimus Prime, finished Galavtron as he, the remaining Autobots and the Junkions defeat Unicron.

When Optimus Prime returned to Cybertron Hoist had already been on the home planet for a while, like the others ,he had no idea that Optimus Prime was a clone, built by Megatron II (After Galvatron went insane and was stripped to his exoskeleton) to infiltrate the Autobot command structure. The real Optimus was being held prisoner by Megatron II and tortured for infoprmation. Hoist and Latryx, were a few of many Autobots who were increasingly unhappy with Prime's "Out of character" orders like the Dinobots having to report to Moon Base One. Before this, Optimus Prime had allegedly just returned from searching for raw materials in deep space. He had returned, empty handed and without his team. They had been killed in a Decepticon attack and he was the lone survivor. He decided to stay on Cybertron instead of Moon Base One, where he was originally stationed, and took over command. During surprise attacks, small groups of Decepticons already seemed to be present like they knew the Autobots were coming. In the next meeting Latyrx7 brought this up with Optimus himself stating that there might be a leaking of information in the Autobot ranks. Optimus however would not hear of it and ordered a final strike against the Decepticons, they were that close to winning the war. As Latryx7 was making these claims he was given command to lead the task force in the final all out attack.

Elsewhere HeavyAssault, formerly Tankor, had returned for Cybertron and vowed vengence on Megatron, serving under him for many  years, biding his time for the ultimate payback.

Latryx met up with Hoist and shared his concerns about the Autobot commander but Hoist couldn't believe his audio sensors, he knew Latyrx didn't know very well being a later generation Autobot, but when his friend told him that Optimus seemed to have no concern for the welfare of his Autobots on this mission, then Hoist knew something was wrong, and this was not like Optimus at all. Leading the task force, Latryx7 had managed to talk Hoist into the mission, he needed someone he could rely on. Along with Hoist's old friend Trailbreaker, the two groups were ambushed by Decepticons, lead by the traitorous one himself, Starscream. They almost certainly guessed it might have been a trap and weren't wrong and fought toe to toe with the Decepticons and Decepticon seekers, Latyrx7 having a personal grudge against Starscream During the battle an unknown mech appeared on the scene from nowhere and laid waste to a number of Decepticons, but although he saved both groups, it was too late. The Autobots had already taken heavy causalities. The mech called himself HeavyAssault, an ex-Vehicon betrayed and set up by Megatron himself, but who pushed his weight around telling the Autobots they should be thankful he turned up. HeavyAssault had returned to Cybertron to confront Megatron, but is double-crossed by the leader and his legions. The two square off and battle, resulting in the death of his Vehicon crew. HeavyAssault become a Renegade who then joins the Autobots before the final assault. Here he meets Latyrx7, Hoist and Trailbreaker. They also encounter Rainstorm again along with a seeker they never met, Scarrunner.(R.A.W. fanfic).

Back at the base a very irate Latryx7 went to see Optimus Prime to report the disastrous failing of the mission, but was stopped by Prowl as the two tore verbal chunks into one another and Latryx7 demanded to see Optimus Prime. The other Autobots commotion was only stopped by HeavyAssault, who had come to share his news of resignation from the Decepticons, and offering to join the Autobots, but not whilst Prime was making irrational command decisions. HeavyAssault relayed he had detected two squads of Decepticon Seekers headed for the direction of the Energon complex where Latryx and his two teams went and that lately the Decepticons have been baiting trap after trap for the Autobots. Prime blew of these notions stating he was alone in his thoughts, but Latryx backed the ex-vehicon in his thinking. From that day Hoist stood by Latryx's side trying to uncover the plot of why Optimus was acting out of sorts, and along with some other followers, refused take orders from the Autobot leader.

The Renegade Autobots took The fight against the Decepticons in their own hands, delving their own kind of justice, unbound by Autobot ruling. Some Autobots, well respected Autobots, some veterans, voiced their opinions more vocally than others. Pretty soon things began to get out of hand, endless council meeting against the Renegade Autobots ensued as Optimus Prime himself ordered for them to be rounded up, stripped of their ranks and brought up on charges and imprisonment. With the joining of the "framed" Latryx7 and Trailbreaker, Hoist also became incriminated by being part of the Renegades. Under the orders Optimus prime, they were sought out for crimes they didn't commit, charges of Treason and mutiny. Hoist continued to serve with the Renegades for a long while, and has tried his best to uphold to the Renegade spirit. He is as much a warrior as he is medic. Above all he has a sense of duty and always tries to be there for his buddies L7, HA and Trailbreaker.

Three hundred years pass, and ancestors of the original Autobots and Decepticons, namely the Maximals and Predacons respectively, had managed to live in semi-peace for three hundred years after the great war. A new faction of Decepticons came in and take over Cybertron away from the Maximals, the Destructicons, their goal - to establish a strangle hold over Cybertron with they're leader, the mysterious and incredibly powerful Armada, using his Decepticon matrix to create a attack team, the Assulticons, to round up the remaining Maximals and Autobots and destroy them. The Renegades continue to be sought out by the new Autobot authorities for crimes they are thought to have committed. Soon they begin there way of justice on the remaining Decepticon forces as Rodimus Prime hunts them down. The Renegades begin to recruit new members as as the mercenaries Morpher and Sharpshot, and well known and respected Autobots Perceptor, Blaster... and HeavyAssault is reunited with Shadow Stalker and Frontline. The Renegades learn of different and extremely powerful Decepticon fleets in space. (Armada's Destructicons and Jhiaxus' 2nd generation Decepticons) reminisces of the Decepticons who traveled out into space for new planets to conquer and to find new sources of energy. Optimus Maximus is selected to deal with this menace in space and takes the Renegades with him as his elite combat unit. The Renegades remain out in space for the ongoing war, helping Optimus Maximus to find Armada's Destructicons and Jhiaxus' 2nd generation Decepticons.

Nightshade and Ironfist are two ex-Autobot warriors and the protoform brothers of Sideswipe and Sunstreaker on the run form the law as they try to simply made good on there own but seems to do nothing but get into trouble. (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Blasters fanfic) Iceblaster takes a highly important mission concerning stasis pods along with the crew he was serving with to wind up on a strange planet in a distant past There he meets future Renegade Snap who would become his future bitter rival and biggest enemy. Time takes it's course and Iceblaster returns as IceBlade but badly from the Beast Wars. Indelible along with other maximals are held highly responsible by the Maximal council for the failure of the mission concerning the stasis pods, but have bigger worries when they learn the planet they fought on was really Unicron from a past time stream and was on it's way back to Cybertron. The combined forces of the Maximals, Predacons, Matrix Knights and Maximal Chrono Force fight against a resurrected Unicron and his henchmen. Their victory however is at a huge cost of Cybertronian and Transformer life.

When the Renegades return to Cybertron, they find their planet at peace and reformatted. The return of the un-formated robots cause a stir in some Cybertronians that they wish to become giant robots again. The council rules in favour of it since there is now plenty of energy for all, but this glory period is short-lived. Armada and his Destruction army invaded Cybertron turning it into a war scared planet once again. Optimus Maximus leads the Renegades out of the doomed city of Iacon and saves the Matrix. The Renegades become the new Protectors of the Matrix. Joining them are Indelible, Wreck-Tron, Banshee, Slag, Jinx, Aqualec, Siphon and Sky Streaker. About a year later, the Renagades drive the Destructicons away from Cybertron. Maximus, is killed in a final show down with Armada, as well as Rainstorm and Scarunner. When the Destructicons return, Armada, Rainstorm, Scarrunner and Maximus are resurrected, with Maximus being reformatted by the Matrix in to Max Convoy. The Renegade and Destructicon War continues with the Autobots, lead by the new Autobot leader Emirate Vector Primus, taking a more active role in the fight this time around.

A strange group of rogue Cybertronians reveal themselves. They are a group devoted to the dark God of Chaos Unicron lead by a mech called Caliban. They managed to steal the Autobot Matrix and bring it to Unicron's head. There they manage to bring forth what was to be the new heralds of Unicron, who were suppose to bring defeat Unicron's enemies before Unicron was brought back to life. A group of Decepticons who had died within Unicron one way of another, brought from other dimensions into this one, took the Matrix from Caliban and began there own rule. Lead by Thunderwing, the new Decepticons used the Matrix to wipe out the Renegades, Destructicons and the Autobots in one powerful and fatal blow. (Invasion and Order out of Chaos RPG Trilogies)

A year passed since the fall of the Renegades, the Autobots and the Destructicons at the hands of Thunderwing. Since then Thunderwing took control over Cybertron and began work on a super soldiers, as well as a massive fleet, bent on conquering the universe. All this made possible by the power of the Autobot Matrix and the Dark Decepticon Matrix of Evil. However, although Thunderwing processes the ability to use the two Matrix's, he is in danger of losing control of them and falling victim to their will. This has not deterred his vision of total conquest. Instead he seeks the next most powerful source of Matrix energy known to Cybertron; Vector Sigma. Like Megatron millions of years before him, he planned on turning the planet into a war world under his command.Cybertron became a waste land, full of refugees fending for themselves against Decepticons, the walking dead and try to find energy to keep living. Many of the population have been turned into slaves for Thunderwing's doing, leaving them wanting for a new group of champions to save their world. And so it was. Thunderwing and his Mayhem Attack Squad were defeated by Omega Magnus and the Wreckers, heralding in a new era for the great planet to rebuild its self and its bring law and order to its inhabitants.

Cybertron however, finds itself in turmoil as new city state officials come forth to build a new Autobot council, all with different demands and interests for their people. Ad-mist all the political upheaval, a mysterious menace plotted behind the chaos to bring back the Decepticons - to be more powerful the they ever have been before, and to gain revenge on the unsung heroes of Cybertron; the Renegades. Once more, Cybertron stands on the verge of yet another civil war and political turmoil. Even with Scarrunner defeated, his actions have placed a lasting mark on the world of the Transformers, causing old factions to once again wage war on each other, as well as causing conflict within themselves. The Autobots rush to prepare for a possible out break of war while dealing with political pressures of every city state on the planet. The Decepticons battle with their own over who shall be the keeper of power in Polyhex. And the Renegades have suffered great losses of their own. Many of their members have either met their ends, are still lost or had to leave their comrades side. But the worse of all, is that Latyrx7 is currently a prisoner of the Autobots, admitting to his hand in the murder of Scarrunner, taking sole responsibility so his fellow Renegades wouldn't have to take the blame.

And in the mist of all the confusion, a old aged enemy of both the Autobots and Decepticons has come to play his hand in the final destruction of Cybertron...
